Tickets are going for less than face value on many sites. If anyone is interested then please contact me.

Park and Ride is Free, train ticket is a dollar still, I think. But now I think we'll end up paying the 20 bucks and parking because we are going to wait in line all day and at least we can bring stuff like chairs and rain coats in case it rains tomorrow.

If you've got seats and can show up whenever you want, I recommend the park and ride.

Even an open roof is newsworthy when U2 is involved:

The Reliant Stadium roof is scheduled to be open for the U2 360° Tour tonight at Reliant Stadium, weather permitting. Fans should dress accordingly. Doors open at 5 p.m. Opening band Muse will begin at 7 p.m. with U2 to follow.

The forecast calls for a 20-percent chance of rain and "stray" thunderstorms. Should we bring umbrellas? Lightning rods?

i hope they keep it closed. Even though it will be in the mid70s i don't really want to be stuck in 80% humidity with zero circulation.

    Stories for Boys
    An Cat Dubh/Into the Heart
    Wire
    Seconds

And they should go back to ending every show with 40. That was always so cool to have the crowd still singing it after they left the stage.

    Two Hearts Beat as One

    Holy Joe

    Last Night on Earth

    Zoo Station

A connected guy gave my friend a whole section of tickets in the 600's for nothin because the band is filming and they want it to look full...
    so we are going.

I expect the sound to suck but I just want to see the spectacle.

The biggest spectacle show I ever saw was the Steel Wheels Tour with the Stones in the Dome. That was a huge stage.

They could play Boy, War, and Achtung Baby back-to-back-to-back and I'd be happy. Actually, just Achtung Baby, as that is one of the top 5 CDs in rock and roll history.

But, an ideal playlist would be one song from each of their 12 CDs, plus some extras to round it out:

    The Electric Co.
    October
    Like A Song
    Indian Summer Sky
Where the Streets Have No Name
    Desire
    The entire Achtung Baby
    Stay Faraway So Close
    Staring at the Sun
    Stuck in a Moment
    City of Blinding Lights
    Magnificent

Then, a cover of Wild Night from Van Morrison and Just from Radiohead, ending with "40," and the perfect U2 concert is complete.

Seriously, all you crazy Houstonians have a great time at the concert. At the heart of it, past all the glitz and pomp, they really do put out a lot of great music, and it's great to be able to say stuff like, "yes, I was at the Zoo tour." Have a blast!!

I enjoyed the show, but the pacing seemed off to me. Also very disappointed that they didn't play Desire.

Some of my friends complained about the acoustics, but I thought it sounded good. I sat in the 300 level even with the speakers. I saw a real shooting star with the roof open, so that was pretty cool too.

I wasn't expecting Mysterious Ways and Stuck In A Moment. But they were nice surprises. The remix for I'll Go Crazy If I Don't Go Crazy Tonight was interesting.. good, interesting.

And Muse was every bit as great as I was hoping them to be.

    Awesome show.
