    Generally, no. The OEM Windows version is licensed only to the system it was provided with.

    If it is indeed not copacetic to use it on a different machine than it is on...I really doubt that anyon is gonna bother enforcing it...all Microcrap cares about is if you are using it on more than one machine or copying it.

    So if you buy a copy of XP at your local store you can only install it on one computer? I thought you could do 2.
