Computer help

    My chihuahua stepped on my laptop and i dont know what keys or combination of keys he pressed but everything on my screen is little.
    The icons ,pictures and the fonts are all tiny.
    how do i change it back. :confused:

    Try turning off your computer using the power button. Do not go through Start >> Turn Off , etc because that will save everything. Wait one minute then turn it back on.

    If that doesn't work, get a great dane and have him step on the keys and maybe he'll reverse what your chihuahua did. ;)

    ill try that...but i dowloaded some files earlier and id hate to lose them if i tried this method.

    i wonder what the hell he she stepped on.
    i was on youtube right and even the videos are small.

    It sounds like the resolution has been screwed up. I am not sure what OS you are using, but you can google how to change that.

    On the desktop right click and choose Properties >> Settings. You can change the resolution there.

    i just noticed that everything on my desltop is normal size..its just the internet.



    its jts on internet explorer...i just checked on google chrome and everything is normal there..its just on ie....

    In the browser, hold control and roll the mouse wheel up.

    under one of the menus at top look for "text Size" in IE.

    thanks people i figured it out..

    i went to internete settings and then changed the zoom..it was at 50 %

    changed to 100 and everything is back to norm.

    thanks anyways..

    Ctrl + to zoom in and Ctrl - to zoom out. Or click Page >> Zoom and change the settings back to 100%.
