Hey I don't even know what a Outlook pst file is for goodness sake. The IT guy blamed himself.

OK, I knew all of that I just thought you were referring to some type of specialized formatting that I didn't know about.

Word of advice, get your own usb portable hard drive just for backup.

Since you said outlook archive I've seen some that are 5GB+ so the avg usb flash drive won't do.
