[Computer help] Weird image problem/issue

Lately on my computer (new, Windows 7 Premium Home, Lenox) , I have been a weird issue where some images (mainly while Dling) and adobe/pdf files and images have been saturated with a transparent color that somehow corresponds with the window glass color on the browser. This also applies to any browser pages/images that is caching and it seems to be permanent in the case of pdf files (refreshing it doesn't seem to help)

Any solutions?
