The splatter affect is partly caused by the damn ADAAG, which requires buildings to lower urinals to a certain height so that wheelchair-bound pissers can use them. As a result, it doesn't matter what angle you try, you get piss sprayed back on your clothes when using the urinal. Although I'm sympathetic, I don't know a single person in a wheelchair who uses a urinal instead of a stall. Stupid government regulation
