This is interesting, and without my PhD in NBA trading, it makes sense to me. Hold onto the guys who have trade value to do a little more rearranging, trying to get another big for one of our guards and a bench player with potential. I just don't get why Harris wasn't that bench player.

So are we not going to drop Sura? I didn't consider that. Really, we might not drop Sura?

Maybe it is just about financial arrangements. Gotta be a combination of both considerations, no?

Reminds me of how the board got all worked up about VSpan or Novak.
I guess its fun to bet on the dark horse - to have a favorite pine rider and think of them as the solution to any problems the team is having- but it seems somewhat delusional to me.

That said, I hope we get him back. Or even better for him, maybe he will find a lesser team where he can have some fun and get some playing time.

How does it? Those guys were hyped from day one and impressed by what they could potentially do while Harris has come in as a nobody that has impressed by what he has shown on the court.

Oh boy. Now we're going to hear people on the board talk about Harris as if the Rockets just gave up Kobe Bryant.

That actually would make a lot of sense. They could use someone like
    him.

why would a stranger get all this from Harris...why would he tell you all this inside info?...looks a little made up to me....he just chats about trade talks and whats going on inside the rockets org. to any strangers at the local restraunt?....I don't believe it....i'm sure the rockets wouldn't like him discussing all of that and most players know that.....

I'm not a stranger to Mike, I've known him for over 3 years and coached him in the Fonde Summer League Basketball.
