mrdave, you completely missed the point. I want to see the exhibit. What the Nazis did was unforgivable. But when you and Khan make me out to hate the Jews, that too is unforgivable. I said it could be interpreted as such, but I did not interpret it that way. Seriously... quit making me out as a Jew-hating monster. It's ridiculous!

By the way, I wish I stayed downtown like I did in Columbus :p

Where are you staying? The Galleria area is nice, you could walk around and do a few things...

What does your being muslim have to do with supporting Israel. You may not be aware of the fact that there are many Muslims that call Israel home.

...lets bring this topic back on track.

would muslims or jews go to hell if they ate pork chops?
if god came back to rule the world again
i would ask him to ban the anti-pork chop rules for the jews and muslims.
i would also ask him to put Vernon Maxwell's ex-wife into hell.

Are you kidding me? This is the most derailed thread I have seen in a long time.

BTW, Azadre, I hope your Buckeyes pull it off against Texas.

Are there multiple Body World exhibits? We've got one here at the Minnesota science museum right now.

On the subject of BBQ I highly recommend stopping off at Goode Co. BBQ. Plenty of non-pork selections there. I always like the one on Kirby by the Village. Plus no visit to Houston would be complete without a couple of Shipleys donuts.

I've been to Body World 2 in Cleveland, but I might swing by the science museum to see the dinosaur once again.

I am staying on the northwest side, by 610 and Ella Blvd.

MrDave, if you want to fight Azadre, in some type of MMA bought, he is staying at the Courtyard by Marriot.

That is if you are staying in a hotel Az.

^ Hold on there's going to be no Clutchfans MMA fight without me taking on Sam Fisher first! I'm sick of him running off his mouth about Kumites and Thai Kick Boxing.. Its time for him to throw down!

    :p

    Alright, Azadre, some humble suggestions:

    1) Dining - Go to Yao's if you haven't already, get the mongolian beef (my favorite dish there); it should be compulsory for every diehard Rockets fan to pay a visit at least once, just to pay homage.

Another good option is a steakhouse or a Tex-Mex place, assuming you've been deprived of those luxuries up in Ohio (or wherever else you live).

    2) Entertainment - depending on how long you're going to be in-town, you could catch a game (Astros, Texans, local college sports), a concert (there are concerts year-round in Houston, bound to find someone you like; Rakim will be performing at the Warehouse Live next Saturday), or catch Carlos Mencia at the TC on the 9th...

Of course, you also have museums and the such, or you can just go shopping.

Enjoy your stay, not the best time of the year to be in Houston, but since you're here :) ....
