I would go with Jim Gaffigan. Zach Galifianakis, Aziz Ansari, Hanibal Burress, Todd Barry and a lot of the other UCB NY guys don't curse that much.
This is more of a general thing, just quoting you cause you didn't list him and it's a pretty expansive list. But I can't believe how underrated Norm MacDonald is. Also Chapelle, but you kind of have to know his style first. Norm's the funniest standup I've ever seen, look him up on the Netflix if you have it.
Chappelle curses, just not that frequently ("N****, what the f*** is juice?"). Not to be snide or presumptuous, but I sense that anyone who originally asks about cursing at a comedy show is probably hoping to filter out other stuff as well. I suspect female comics in general tend to avoid cursing, I don't recall Kathleen Madigan (though she might), Cory Kahaney or Maria Bamford doing so.
Was a fan of his actual act as a kid, but wish he had continued to grow as a comedian: even though losing Growing Pains, Who's the Boss and Full House left a pretty big opening as far as family sitcoms.
A bit of warning - don't listen to Mitch Hedberg because he doesn't swear - trust me, he does. Listen to him because the dude was freaking hilarious! As for Tim Allen, that dude always cussed in his stand-up routines back in the day. He used to talk about how uncomfortable he felt when parents would bring kids to his shows thinking it would be like his show "Home Improvement" - then the F-bombs would fly. lol. Louis CK does cuss, but isn't raunchy. And yes, everybody knows Bob Saget cusses. But then, I never found him to be funny when he does or doesn't cuss.
Billy D. Washington Sinbad That lady with the cats (Paula Poundstone) Rita Rudner Ellen DeGeneres Jerry Seinfeld Steven Wright Yeah, I'm bringing up old folks.
It's always been curious to me why anyone would want to go see a "clean" comedian. If you want to see comedy that's been scrubbed clean, just turn on the TV. Heck of a lot cheaper and more convenient. I guess it's no coincidence that there's so few comedians like that, especially uber successful ones, since the supply/demand dynamic has been completely thrown out of whack by the FCC. I don't consider comedians who are dirty to be any less talented or uncreative than those who keep it clean, it's just a style/sensibility preference. That being said, Brian Regan, Seinfeld, Ellen, Jeff Foxworthy, Bill Engval, Cosby, Gaffigan, and that dude with the puppets all come to mind.
