I can get a package that includes HBO, my question is Is this one channel of HBO or all HBO channels? Please someone answer so I don't have to call.
Standard Definition: HBO-East HBO-West HBO2 HBO Signature HBO Family HBO Comedy HBO Zone HBO Latino High Definition: HBO HBO2 HBO Signature HBO Latino Hope this helps.
I dont wanna change, believe me, but the new community I am moving into only allows comcast. Im not happy about paying AT&T cancellation fees either
Thank you so good and the boz for responding, I guess Ill get it with HBO I just wanted to make sure its worth it.
If you get your internet through them, and you're not going anywhere for at least a year, you might as well sign up for the triple play (cheaper than just internet/tv), and you'll probably get all the movie channels (Starz/Showtime/HBO/max) for cheaper than just their standard HD package + HBO.
You don't have to pay cancellation fees because they aren't available in your area. That would be like forcing Yanks to speak German in Mexico.
I'm assuming you got the same bundle as me. I think it was the "internet +" bundle. It's basic cable as in; abc, nbc, fox, WB, My20, etc. Make sure you call and ask for a list of channels. Also if you didn't know, after the first year of the contract the monthly rate will nearly double and its like a $200+ cancellation fee.
Dude, those are regular LOCAL over-the-air antenna channels you can get without basic cable. You mentioned 13.1, 2.1, 26.1, 20.1, etc., and you don't need cable for them. I think you mean WGN, TBS, TNT, USA, CNN, MSNBC, etc.
Sorry I didn't mean to say basic cable. I think it's best for him to call to make sure to see what channels he'll get.
I know you're playing, but for those who are going to PM him, don't. If you live in Houston, it's damn near impossible to steal cable/satellite. Can't plug in a coax to the back of the TV and get basic cable anymore lol.Not as simple as paying the cable guy to remove the filter on the pedestal.
Im going to go ahead and do it the # of channels depend on whether you get digital service or HD service
Well, you sure probably didn't read your contract... or you wouldn't MOVE. http://forums.comcast.com/t5/Billing/Early-Termination-Fee/td-p/763921
it is what it is I like ATT, I hope to use them again at some point so Im just gonna pay it and move on
