Column on the Nugs

    Miller reminds me of Richard Pryor's son on steroids and a crack high with a good handle. Always got that deer in the headlights look on his face.

    I'm not sure I agree with this... Carmelo Anthony and Kenyon Martin are both capable of scoring. Martin moreso in the open court, but with their style he'd get plenty of opportunities on the break.

    If they DID trade Miller, Watson can certainly run a fast break and throw a good lob (ask Stromile). Then when you consider the added scoring that Pierce would bring, the Nuggets would be a very talented, very well rounded unit that would defend, run, and be able to do some scoring in the halfcourt. Sure, they'd lack shooters, but not because they traded Miller and Nene.

    I could imagine there being some butting heads between Pierce and Anthony, but I still think that the Nuggets would have be considered legit contenders if they landed Paul.

    That is until Camby goes down.

    Yeah, but big players always go for more than little guys. Also, we know that he likely to be our starter for many of those years we signed him for.
