It's my theory that there are no grown men, except for maybe my grandfather at times. Everyone else is a boy at heart pretending to be a man.

So suck on that bit of philosophizing you losers! LOL!!!!

Anyway, I am a bit surprised at how well McCoy is playing. I expected him to be better than a third round pick, but not this... at least so soon.

I wasn't joking, I think Pony McHatfield would make a better DB than Kareem.

    Brilliant!

Just wait till next year, you can start hating on the Case McCoy/Jaxon Shipley lovefest. They go fishing together, dammit. Feel good story of the year!

Eric Barton? Eric Barton couldn't even remain a Raiders linebacker during the **** years. What does he know.

    Crank McFlurry is soft gentlemen.

Soft as the sweet, decadent soft-serve ice creamy goodness of a McFlurry.

Heres the thing with Colt. He can't make those down-field throws. But neither could Rich Gannon, and he won an MVP award in the west coast offense system. Gannon was a master of preparation, had a very accurate side-arm release, and could scramble for first downs on 3rd and longs regularly.

Could this young Texas boy really be that? Doubtful.

But you all go ahead and keep thinking Club McMaynerberry is the greatest thing since sliced brisket.

Jury still fixin' to be out and y'all don darn counted a lot of chickens before they's fixin' to hatch theyselves.

Maybe they can write terrible country songs about each other.

I'm just assuming he's going to Texas, I don't follow recruiting at all, but I saw Brownwood play this year and little shipley might be the best Texas HS receiver I've ever seen.

Prepare yourself for Olympics-on-NBC-style levels of feelgood human interest stories. Only way it could be worse is if VY, Applewhite and Jesus had younger brothers on the same team.

Wait - why not? That sounds like exactly what Colt McCoy could be. Very smart/prepared, weak arm, ridiculously accurate and a pretty good scrambler.

Except Mack will never let Case McCoy see the field, apparently...

He's going to need better receivers than Mohammad Macedonia and Chansi Stuckey.

God the Browns Receivers have the stupidest names.

Because some people can't admit when they're wrong.

From what I've been told, Case is nowhere near ready to play yet. But that's what the coaching staff thinks, so take that for what it's worth.

    Holy sh**.

You know what I just realized?

Case McCoy and Jaxon Shipley are real people.

I thought you were just having fun with Colt and Jordan's names (and also thought you were assuming that Jordan Shipley was going to be traded from Cincy to Cleveland).

I feel like I just found out that the Earth isn't flat.

Don't get your burnt orange chones in a twist BuckT, I've already said in this thread the kid looks a hell of a lot better than I thought he would.

    Thats what a man does.

Brent Musburger probably sported wood for the first time in 12 years when he found out.

Don't hate on Chansi. He is a nice guy. And the greatest HS QB I ever watched.
