I looked up the scores from their current bowl massacre. ND is outscored by an avg of 18 pts during this 9 game bowl losing streak. They've ended up as the prison wife in every game. The worst part is you know they'll be ranked top 10 again in the preseason polls.
I don't hate notre dame, I did start to dislike them after the willingham firing. Big Charlie is probably a better coach, but he is going to lose willingham's players next season. and then its really gonna be rough. Its gonna be hard for the polls to pump them up.
What a great game, every time ND is pounded is a good day! Hope that cocky Charlie get fired in a few years.
I was also very happy to see Notre Dame get their asses handed to them. This program hasn't been anything ever since Lou Holtz has left.
I am always insulted when Nueter Dame is not properly spelled. I suppose if the sign was adjusted to Nuetered Lamb it would be ok, it would be descriptive their BCS game performances (off the top of my head)-- LSU, OSU (Buckeyes) & OSU (Beavers). Personally, I would rather than keep getting into BCS games and getting slaughtered and embarrassed than for them to go to their rightfull bowls like the Texas Bowl, Wiserlock Bowl, Alpo Bowl, etc, where they might actually end the season with a W.
