College programs with the most players in the NBA....

    People are always shocked about this when I tell them this, but it's true. Cal has more players currently in the NBA than Maryland, Michigan, Georgia Tech, Texas, and lots of others. (Of course half of them are stiffs.)

    Let's see how many I can get off the top of my head:

    Jason Kidd
    Lamond Murray
    Shareef Abdur-Rahim
    Michael Stewart
    Jamal Sampson
    Sean Marks

    Not sure who the hell the 7th is. Leon Powe might join these guys in a couple years.

    Oh, and KJ went to Cal.

    I was surprised to see that many players form Cal, All I know are Kidd and SAR.

    Don't forget that up untill Reggie Miller got 20,000 points, UH was the only school with at least two players that had reached that, but Houston had 3 (Hayes, Olajuwon,Drexler)! UCLA has 2 (Kareem, Miller) and LSU (Pete, Shaq) is the other with at least two.

    Looks like College is over rated, High school has the most alums in the NBA.
