I just don't like Ohio State or USC. As long as those two teams are not number 1, then it doesn't matter to me who wins/loses. Pryor isn't all that he is hyped up to be - average at best.
He looks good when they played a pathetic team like Indiana and he has 10 seconds to stand in the pocket. When he plays real defenses and the pressure is on, he doesn't do well. The problem is Pryor just doesn't have good QB instincts and his accuracy isn't very good. His athleticism isn't enough to overcome that.
the power of cheese! i am hearing fireworks from my house. crazy parties going on. this is probably the biggest win since the rose bowl years and last wins against Michigan. let's go badgers!
bwahahahahahahah. I was going to bump last week's thread but what's the point? Ohio State and their fans will always be garbage
I wonder if Tech fans really still think Mike Leach was nothing special and that Tommy Tuberville could replace him with no problem... They are quickly going to become irrelevant if they don't figure something out soon. Recruiting will go to hell without the excitement of Leach.
Texas Southern, now THAT would be something. I think they've run of out major program teams to hedge up behind the #1 team in case of a loss. They've run of top tier programs to keep ahead of the smaller schools to spite them. Ya know, if Alabama loses, you got Ohio State to plug in. If Ohio State loses, you got Oregon to plug in. To help keep out the Boise types Here's hoping Oregon blows it next game.
so can texas still make a bcs game if they win out? im thinking they can, especially after today with soooo many ranked teams losing.
If they run the table... they still have a chance. They'd need some help next week when Missouri plays Oklahoma.. and then prob at the end of the season when Oklahoma plays Ok. St.. honestly.. I think it's a long shot for them to play in that fiesta bowl... but yes there's certainly a chance. Cotton Bowl or Holiday Bowl maybe more likely.
Oklahoma will have to lose two. If that were to happen, and Texas were to win out, then Texas wins the South and would play the North champ (prob. Nebraska) for a Fiesta Bowl birth.
