well so far today mccoy has thrown for 127 more yards than schaub. sounds like advantage mccoy to me.
I've never said that... They've always rebounded themselves in the 2nd half. The only thing I've said is that they haven't played consistent for both halves. They've played pretty well though.
I know....just having fun.....usually people catch up with me, as a visionary of the 33rd order, I am used to the jealousy of all the internet serfs. Always nipping at the heels of royalty...tsk tsk. DD - This message clearly meant for fun.
Let me just throw one at you... that one play at the end where they gave the ball right back at the 1 yard line when that was clearly supposed to be a touchdown. Some of the weirdest things happened in this game that wouldn't normally happen. Why don't you just let it go though? Stop being bitter.
See, I don't think like that and I don't understand fans that do. I would have been pissed for the same reason I wasn't into this game as much this year as in the past; the chance at a championship. If OU went out the against a Mccoy/shipley-less Texas team and screwed around with all kinds of turnovers and wound up barely winning by 3, I'd be pretty concerend about what the hell was wrong with us and our chaces of making it to the end of the season undefeated. That would have been a "whew" and walk out win for me.
Damn, I didn't expect some idiots to come in here after the game and say that if they had this guy or this guy... they would've won. That's just stupid.... as pathetic as how this thread started off.
Did you not see an OU linebacker drop 2 INT's that could have potentially been pick 6's? And how am I being bitter? Because I have an opinion that differs from yours that Texas isn't a national championship contender?
Uh.. no.. I actually agree with you there..I'm talking about the part where you said they would have won if they had Bradford... that's being bitter.
Dude we know that after all your losses you are basically "all in" on any halfway decent two cards you get at this point. Colt Mcoy is K-5 offsuit. Good luck.
To be fair, that's just as pointless as saying 'if Texas played up to their potential or didn't make unforced mistakes Texas would've won comfortably.'
I know it is.... that's why I wouldn't bring up the "if" factors.... because they're all just pointless...
So what you're saying is that if Bradford, who had more passing yards in the short time he played than McCoy had in the first half, would have played the whole game, the outcome would've been the same?
McCoy might not be the favorite to win the Heisman, but his competiton isn't exactly running away with the trophy.
