Wow! Unless there are a rash of TOs, I don't think Oregon State can win this game. UO's offense is incredible.
If Oregon's offense is clicking on all cylinders, Ohio State doesn't have a chance because they won't be able to score enough points to keep up. But UO needs to keep the turnovers down. They need to be coached about tucking the ball away.
Pryor should have came to Oregon. His game and Oregon's spread offense fit each other perfectly. If he were playing for the Ducks he could throw a little and run a lot ... instead he's playing in the wrong system where all his weakness are exposed. Basically he would've been the heir apparent to Dennis Dixon but he chose the bigger/more storied program. Can't really blame him for his decision but he will ultimately pay the price. Ducks got this one Azadre.
If Pryor came to the Ducks, I think he redshirts his first year, then sits behind Masoli for his second and third year. Of course it's possible he beats him out for the starting position, but it's also possible he gets converted to a receiver or transfers.
There's no way Pryor loses out a starting job or redshirts had he come here. Masoli would be a nobody had Pryor come to Oregon. The fact that a bonehead like Masoli can look to be a legitimate Heisman candidate attests to how good Oregon's coaching/spread offense is and I could only imagine how good Pryor would look in our offense. I can't complain though! Ducks did everything and more than I could ever imagine after that horrendous start to the season.
LOL....c'mon now. Oregon wasn't even in the picture. If he was going to play the spread, or in other words: learn how to NOT play in the pro's, he would have followed Rich-Rod to Michigan.
Pryor's top interests were Ohio State, Penn State, Michigan, and Oregon. Oregon was very much in the picture... that's why I was saying what I said.
