    Good week for the SEC. Georgia beats #7 Georgia Tech, S Carolina beats #15 Clemson, and the SEC champ is safely BCS bound.

    Since Weiss is a goner anyway, it's good Notre Dame lost. I read somewhere a booster will pay off the rest of Weiss' salary, so his giant contract shouldn't be a factor in hiring their next coach. I'm not sure Bob Stoops is a good fit for them, so I guess I want him to go there. It's too bad Weiss won't return to crash and burn another season.

    You know, for my entire adult life, Notre Dame football has never really mattered.

    I'm starting to wonder how long they can prop up this crappy program and pimp it like a perennial champion.

    People will have to start losing interest eventually.
