Agreed 100%. It seemed to me that they started the clock a hair of a second before they actually spiked the ball. So it appeared to be "game over", regardless. All the same, I totally agree with the "WTF?!" on Les attempting the spike with ONE second left. I mean, you're on the seven yard line....hike the ball, run a fricken play. Give yourself a chance to win! P.S. I was watching this game with a Packers fan. He enjoyed the "4th and 26" references
the only way to explain the hat's incompetence in the final minute of that game is that he had money on ole miss. only logical explanation.
I mean you want to talk about Belichick's decision being not smart, at least that was 4th and 2, and he's got Tom Freaking Brady at QB. I have no idea what that Yale coach must have been thinking if he indeed called that play.
Two of UTEP's fumbles were created by hard hits from safety Travis Bradshaw. I didn't see all of them, though.
Depends on the date. But yes, if possible...I'm sooo trying to be there. Problem is I'll be out of the country for a while around xmas.
god how i would love to see the horns take out bammer in the BCS title game, the frogs take out gator in the sugar bowl, and both teams agree to play an unofficial "one-off" at reliant to determine the real national champion
LOL. That would be epic. I would LOVE at TEXAS vs TCU game. TCU is just playing so damn well this season. Their offense is finally come around. They have always had their Defense. TCU is playing out of their minds. And I love it. Go Frogs.
Except Mack Brown has gone on record that non automatic qualifying conference teams should never play for the BCS National Championship.
what kind of horrible spot was that to start this UT/ku game? the receiver catches it right at the marker, then runs 2 yards backwards and gets tackled. official just runs right up where the receiver caught it as if the rest of the play never happened and gives ku a first down. why can't we get some of that undefeated-lovin' those SEC teams get?
