Standard isn't drunk, of course. Either way this kid was 20 and shouldn't have been drinking. And Mack doesn't have to wait for the legal system to do what he feels is appropriate.
Actually, they aren't deserving because the voters who vote in the polls that matter say so, and those voters just so happen to agree with DreamRoxCoogFan as of right now.
I mean the word in the statute is "intoxicated", which is different than drunk. Other states use the term "DUI", driving under the influence. Either way, it means .08 BAC. There's no real legal definition to "drunk" and it's kind of in the eye of the beholder. But I'm not trying to say anything about your case or imply anything about it.
thanks for filling me in, aristotle. isn't the whole point of this discussion "who gives a flying f*** what anyone THINKS, let them decide it on the FIELD"
as one Texas fan who thinks the horns are the best team in the country to another Texas fan who obviously thinks the horns are the best team in the country... shut up.
Do they start out as a Division II team? Guessing so. Neat though. Good to see the Alamo Dome used for something. Don't know why they built that small dome when they were trying to get an NFL team in the 90s.
Oh my bad. Didn't know that my Utes backing out on the mighty horns caused them to schedule LA-Monroe, Wyoming, UTEP, and UCF. I DO have a lot to learn about scheduling.
They'll be in the FCS. I'm not sure if they'll immediately be in the Southland Conference, but they will be eventually. Edit: Actually, here's an article on it. Independent FCS team for 2 years, then join the Southland in 2013.
Yeah the scheduling does happen a few years in advanced. Alabama plays a home and away series against Penn State starting next year. I can't wait to see a big 10 team come to tuscaloosa next year. Anyways after this week- Florida, Texas, Alabama took care of business. Florida struggled a little bit while Bama and Texas dominated. TCU looked good but there's no way that they'll play in the National Championship. Even if Bama were to lose to Auburn, then beat Florida in the SEC championship game I would think that they'd get bumped ahead of TCU.
I backed out of games? And made Tejas make one of the most candy ass OOC schedules ever? You're kidding yourself. Homer. Utah's OOC schedule was harder than Texas'.
