NO, ZERO chance. WE have none. We're a joke, our football team is embarrassing. We're going to get destroyed by Texas, absolutely wrecked. I'm not going to put another penny into our athletic program until someone loses his job. These guys are getting paid insane amounts of money and they're doing nothing but embarrassing us. I'm sooooooo pissed right now
Colt has not had as many opportunities this year, his teams have been CRUSHING opponents..... Defense scores, special team scores, rushing TDs...all take the ball out of Colt's hands. DD
You are clearly just hating on a quarterback that's two wins away from breaking the most wins record in college football. He may not win the Heisman this year, but to say he's clearly one of the best QBs who's ever played college football is no longer a far reach.
Nope. I'm hating on DD's lame logic and excuses. Say what you want about Colt or UT, but DD is the least effective poster when it comes to arguing for him.
I don't think McCoy deserves the Heisman right now. With that said, when used by itself, TD/INT ratio is the single most useless and inane statistic in all of sports.
Ehhhh....not worried about McCoy winning that BS beauty contest.... I'll settle for winning every game this year. One step closer after taking care of UCF. KU and Aggies both taking on another loss today.....wow. Didn't see that coming. Guess Aggie is trying to save Dan Hawkins job??
WATCH THE PHYSCIAL PLAY BETWEEN JULIO JONES AND BLAH BLAH! oh... there was nothing there..... hahahahha idiot announcer. by the way i dont think that was a safety by LSU, he was throwing the ball and there was a receiver directly where he threw the ball.
Oh, and with that said, I am not just making excuses for Colt. I agree that he doesn't deserve it right now. Even his game today looks much better on paper than it was. No worries, though. If anyone deserves the Heisman from Texas, I'd vote Earl Thomas or Shipley before Colt. With that said, I'm damn happy Colt plays for Texas.
Colt hasn't been that great but has still has had an average season. But as mentioned earlier I would much rather see Shipley win the Heisman this year than Colt. I can't remember the last time a running back or quarterback did not win the Heisman but IMO Shipley is a game changer, without him Texas probably has at least one loss. Texas defense has been nothing short of great all season.
