Not true. Here's what I want to happen: I want UT to win every game before Thanksgiving, go into Kyle Field undefeated, and have Reggie McNeil and the Ags tear up the horns. Now that would be great! An acceptable alternative would be for Rice to beat UT next weekend, but seeing as though Rice is currently losing 42-7 midway through the 2nd quarter at UCLA, I'm being realistic about things.

I thought we were all just watching this game because Rice's isn't being televised (which is just as well). And because none of us have anything better to do on a Saturday night. :D

I should root for UT... (especially having a degree from there and all...) I've been conditioned to root against their major sports teams, but on the other hand, look who they're playing. Ohio State is much more obnoxious.

So true my friend. That would be our greatest win since being # 5 Texas at Kyle Field in 1999.

So how long do I have to have some sort of Burnt Orange abomination as a signature....

Duration of the College Football season...or just until the inevitable choke in Dallas?

Manny, is that your inner Skip Bayless laying the smackdown on the Luckeyes?

    :D

As a person in NCAA football limbo down in New Zealand, can anybody here point me in the direction of a nice sports related bittorrent site so I can view today's game?

Gene Chizik will probably not be at Texas next year - not if his defense keeps playing like that. By which, of course, I mean he'll be a head coach somewhere.

Lets go till Longhorns lose a game.

In burnt orange: The score, Vince Young's stats, along with "The biggest mistake of my life was not going to UT. I question my manhood everyday because of this."

I guess a little lame so if anyone else has a better idea lets hear it.

Fair enough, and unless I misread the thread...you took the bet when OSU was leading...which means you are the lucky winner.

My sig is at your disposal, Samar.

Awesome game! OSU's defense looked really good, mainly because they are friggin HUGE, but UT's offensive weapons proved to be too much.

The only issue I had was with Henry Melton, the 6'3" 270lb back that decided to dive for the end zone costing them the last TD. Memo to Henry: "YOU'RE FRIGGIN 270 POUNDS!! YOU CAN RUN OVER WHOEVER IS IN FRONT OF YOU!!"

    Great win for UT.

Melton's a freshman though - people do silly things when freshman - he'll learn to just lower the shoulder and smash people from now on.

Also, Vince's nickname for Melton is Big Beef Jerky - which is fantastic.

    Great game

Vince made mistakes that would cause most guys to fold, but he kept it together for the comeback.
