the play was over...colt was about to take off his helmet. This has no comparison to a defender pursuing the runner...it was the freaking QB running down the field cuase the play was over.

there's a reason why he was kicked out of the game....stupid aggies...

That hit had no bearing on the outcome of the game. If anything it gave Texas an extra 15 yards of field position.

 

i don't give a **** about how it affected the game itself...the play was just plain dirty...why don't you let me drill you in the head when you least expect it...as i said...stupid aggies.

how can you even think that this is about the effect that THAT play had on the game?

 

This shows how great vince young was. They should have kept Ramonce. Who cares about character we need to win.

Being an Aggie fan in San Diego, I am really hoping the Gator decides to take Texas, and that will leave A&M in the holiday. I would think the Gator would jump at the chance to snag UT

 

It was a hit in the back, and it was as he was taking off his helmet..it was a classless act on the players part.

Also, Colt played terrible today.....clearly his arm strength was not there, I hope he is ok...but he should not play in the bowl game.....save him for next year.

i knew i was nervous about this game for the first time in 6 years for a reason.

what an awful game. what an awful season. we just screwed the pooch 2 games in a row to take a bcs berth and turn it into the holiday bowl. no offensive rhythm at all today. mccoy was off. davis called **** for plays. chizik screws us last week, davis lends a hand this week.

apparently we forgot a&m likes to run because we let them have 88 and 91 yard drives all on the ground. all season we sell out to stop the run but when it's 3rd and 1 we're no where to be found by the LOS. we blew up the 2 pt conversion the same way we should've done the mcgee rolling out option. they ran it 3 times in a row on 3rd downs. think you might wanna pick up on that chizik?

granted, it would be nice to have that TD that we caught since there's no way you call PI when both guys are going back and forth like that. the a&m guy held first, then our guy pushed off. i don't see how you knock us back 15 yards instead of the TD. horrible call.

and i don't know how you're arguing #91's hit on mccoy RocketManJosh. they kicked the guy out of the game, apparently it was pretty far over the line. they didn't even give a hit to the helmet on the play that knocked mccoy out of the game so it's not like they were being oversensitive to our qb. it was a cheap shot, he got caught. the guy fell down almost immediately after the INT and mccoy was already going off the field. hard to justify that hit.

oh well, a&m now has a better season going than us and we've ****ed up a good season and made it awful. we'll probably show up to and lose whatever bowl we get. next year will be worse with all the people we lose. we can only hope with our last 2 recruiting classes that '08 and '09 are better.


good to see our ag friends talking trash after doing something meaningful for the first time in forever. you'd think they had never predicted a win that ended up a loss before or something.
