[College Baseball] Do I even have a chance?

    They do. My advice was that if he doesn't make it but as soon is he's enrolled he loses a season he is academically allowed to play

    You could also take a year off to workout and train. Also hit up the NCAA eligibility center

    Well I hit up academy and got a decent black glove. But like an idiot I got a softball bat. Its gonna have to do for now. My bro has some balls already so I didn't need to purchase more at the moment. The budget is tight right now.

    Not to burst your bubble but you have no chance. Especially with a softball bat. You really shouldn't have to come on to Clutchfans to ask if you have a chance. You should already know the answer to that.

    Are you athletic or strong? Can you bench 200 or something? Baseball is the most skill game around so if you have excellent hand eye and a strong arm then it's possible. Ten minutes in a batting cage or just throwing the ball around with someone who has baseball experience should tell you if anything is possible for you. I would say the odds you have some innate, undeveloped talent is probably zero. It's the kind if thing that would be obvious at your age.
