    Yes, corporations can discriminate against their own employees in the sense that if the employee doesn't want to vaccinate, that employee can quit. Corporations have been dictating health decisions all the time with incentive programs, but I think the legal argument is that this "personal health decision" impacts their business, with exception carveouts for religious and medical exemption reasons. Corporations have huge leeway. Religious corporations can refuse to provide contraception coverage in their health insurance policies, even though CMS dictates that minimal policies should provide them and the ACA says corporations are required to provide health insurance once they have a certain number of employees. The slippery slope example is a bad one because there are laws against firing women for being pregnant. There's already a line. You can't fire people for being black. You can't fire people for being gay (SCOTUS w/in the last 2 or 3 years). You can fire people for not wanting to get vaccinated. Corporate rights. By the way, you can't sue a US corporation if you're a foreign national who was enslaved (straight up slavery) by a US corporation overseas subcontractor.
