So you're arguing what? That Kap is a "hoodrat"?

So you should also explain the whopping 76 percent of those wrongful convictions among blacks being due to misconduct.

Wait, so are you saying they were convicted of murder bc of misconduct?

I'm not saying that, the study is saying that because of police misconduct, they are.

This is something they can actually quantify, since the person is probably being exonerated is likely because of identifying such misconduct in the first place.

So it's saying that police misconduct is the reason they were wrongfully convicted of murder or whatever they were exonerated for?

    Yes.

"Misconduct, such as hiding evidence, tampering with witnesses or perjury, may also have contributed to the racial disparity.

The authors found such wrongdoing was present in 76 percent of cases in which black murder defendants were wrongfully convicted, but just 63 percent of cases in which white defendants were exonerated."

I honestly don't know the answer to this question.

Which number is higher? Blacks killing cops or cops killing blacks?

My guess would be more black people killed by cops given that only around 160 cops are killed per year total and the number killed by police is closer to 1000 total. Not that it really matters. You'd expect that to be the case really.

It seems now that some people are attacking the anthem itself as a means of furthering Kaepernick's cause. I don't mind him kneeling, and I support him doing so, but attacking the anthem itself seems rather low and odd. I think some people are just out to create division.

To that, I say: don't be a sucker.

Again, you still sound confused given the comment you initially replied to where I was disagreeing with someone who called Kap a "hoodrat". I certainly understand that it's about the false narrative of "injustice in America", I was just pointing out that Kap knows nothing of the hood, he's been extremely privileged his entire life.

I hope Kap gets richer for resting on the grass while music is playing.

Almost as silly as getting paid millions of dollars for catching and throwing a ball.
