    Got a chance to listen to a couple of tracks on Youtube before EMI came along and closed these videos down:

    42
    Viva La Vida
    Violet Hill
    Strawberry Swing

    42 was a very slow song that picked up in intensity later in the song - very different for Coldplay. Strawberry Swing sounds like something that would have been on the 1st album, IMO (which is a good thing). Absolutely love the 2 middle songs, especially "Viva La Vida" which might take over from either "The Scientist" or "Talk" (depending on what mood I am in) as my all-time favorite Coldplay song. Can't wait to get the entire album!

    Theres a copy that just went up on demonoid that isn't a transcode.

    It isn't a rip either, but its decent quality.

    I've got about half of it so far.

    I have it. I don't really care for it on first listen (though track one's sound quality is total crap), but it might be a grower.

    And then a week later, comes Sigur Ros's 5th studio album. And Beck MAY release his latest studio album by the end of this month, too. :eek:

    Beck I can normally take or leave, but the fact that his newest effort is being produced by Danger Mouse means it's one of my most anticipated releases in a long time.
