Which soft drink or brand under that name do you prefer?

Coke - Sprite, Minute Maid, Mello Yello, Barqs etc.

Pepsi - Sierra Mist, Tropicana, Mountain Dew, Mug, etc.

Dr Pepper - 7Up, Nehi, Sunkist, A&W, etc.

Was addicted to Diet Dr.Pepper. Have been drinking water with a lemon exclusively for about a month and I feel a lot better. I've been amazed one drink could change my overall health so drastically. Never had any health concerns to get off the soda, but I just feel healthier overall switching to water. I've lost a good 10 lbs. as well, and thats when I was drinking a diet soda.

I prefer Coke drinks but I only drink diet version that are caffeine free when I do. I lost 17 pounds just by doing that several years ago.

if the poll is about your favorite soda brand...why put an "other" option with non-soda choices?

i recently got back on diet soda needs i need to stop and go back to water. I am starting that today.

i just always felt better drinking more water than anything.

but in answer to your question i prefer diet dr pepper

I honestly know people that do not drink soda. My girlfriend's father drinks tea or beer. Just trying to give everybody an option.

    Good quality H20 only.

The amount of sugar in soft drinks is scary.

Generally 8 or more teaspoons a can.

    Ridicolous.

Always Coca-Cola. The only other soda I consider drinking periodically is Dr. Pepper. None of that diet ish either.

I loved soda, but since I've kicked drinking it regularly I find that I can only tolerate one can/glass of soda a day at most now.

I don't drink any soda unless its Diet. I quit drinking regular about 5 years ago and lost about 40 pounds (I gained it all back this past year though  )

I've been trying to ween myself off it for a few years now, but I just love an ice cold Diet Pepsi.

I used to drink DP all of the time. But I gained so much weight drinking 3 cans a day. Now I drink Water and Gatorade. At my job, sodas are free.....sometimes I cave and have a DP.
