I drink Sobe's Life Water but only the flavors that are calorie free. I like them. I tried VitaminWater but didn't like it.
These really might be the best zero calorie drinks ever. I don't know why I don't drink them more often. I guess I need my caffeine fix.
you're not the only one to make that mistake. in fat a lot of people fail to read serving size per container or package. i can label a burger serving size 1 tiny ass bite -- 5 calories! and then put servings per burger: 15. most people would only see omg burger only has 5 calories.

I'll admit I was fooled at first. I drank them back in 2006-ish when they first began to become trendy. One day I happened to look at the label and realized how many calories and how much sugar was really in them.
Wait, you are saying the evidence that they are unhealthy is right there on the label? I've had the zero calorie ones. Nasty.
See these guys? 12 hour days in long sleeves, long pants, gloves, 40 lb packs, heavy boots... swinging a tool and hiking for miles... often next to a hot fire. We limit them to 1 part Gatorade to 3 parts water. No energy drinks, cokes, soft drinks, sodas, or any other crap. Just lots of water and a little Gatorade. Every year some new product comes out and every year we study it and find it does more harm than good. 1 part Gatorade and 3 parts water.
