I read that eating an apple when you first wake up is more effective than drinking coffee.

Don't like it, don't drink it. But I used to eat a handful of coffee beans on those long days at the office.

heard that too. Citrus also helps pep you up in the middle of the day.

That being said, i love coffee and started drinking it my freshman year in college. I usually drink it all day while at work, although recently i've switched to hot tea in the afternoon and coffee in the mornings.

For the inexpensive price, it's hard to beat Eight O'Clock Colombian coffee.

I've been an addict since I was in my teens. Since I was little, I saw my parents drink it with their dinners.
I can't believe it was once viewed as a demonic drink by the old world.
I just don't see myself drinking tea, so happy for the revolution!

I find myself brewing 2-3 pots per day these days.
I got a new stainless steel coffee grinder and jumped on the fresh ground revoltution.

This morning's roast features beans from my recent trip to cafe milagro in manuel antonio village, costa rica....

    Pura vida...

Sugar in tea is an evil abomination.

Always have two cups of tea a day, don't drink coffee. An Earl Gray ( or sometimes green tea) in the morning, and Orange Pekoe in the afternoon. Easy enough.

Best coffee in the US is a two-way tie between Intelligentsia (Chicago) and Stumptown (NYC).

Coffee reduces your risk for colon cancer (seriously).
