Great article. Glad t-mac is being given credit and not unfairly bashed.

Sadly, a majority of this board felt this way about him when things weren't going our way, even accusing him of faking injuries. So many people wanted him gone at all costs, calling him all kinds of silly immature names. Funny I see those same haters now in love with him.
Go Rocket! Keep proving them wrong!

Nice article! He seems like he is as happy as he's ever been since he came to Houston. This team really is the shiznit!

Great Article. Tmac has performed above and beyond the call of duty in the playoffs, his numbers show that. Teams win. You can't put the blame on one player, especially a player with the type of numbers he puts up.

It wasn't either of their faults. The Jazz have always run alot of screens and curls which make it impossible to stay on your man the whole time.

Van Gundy's style of defense was focused on containing your man, sagging into the paint and stoping easy layups. The Jazz naturally take alot of jumshots (something people forget because most are from mid range) so when one of those guys were picked no one stepped up or rotated on defense.

Our more team oriented defense, usues alot more help and recovery than the old style. It's especially useful when you have an unatheletic frontline such as ours (Battier, Scola, Yao/Deke are probably the slowest froncourt in the league).
