    Two words. New Orleans.

I wouldn't mind having "b****in Camaro" Anderson on our team, though.

Kelly for the most part called it as it is, but I think it would've been fair to mention our injuries a woes as a small qualifier.

    Ya ya ya.

Tell me something that I don't know.

I'm pretty sure that if I walked in my bosses office with the same status everyday, he'd eventually let me go. How is it the media can say the same thing over and over and over and over......

    geez:rolleyes:

i would say there's a difference between reverting and a slump.

That made me laugh due to randomness.

The look that he's giving (the serious one) also makes me laugh.

What he says is true...but chumps, don't think so...

We're still a lock for the playoffs and the season is feeling long right about now...Rox are bound to have a bad game or two...

b****, moan, praise. It's all the same to Kelly. You're all reading him and talking about him, and he's LOVING it. Trust me.

    28 posts already -- oops, here's another! 29.

Lets just disregard the overall record and base our opinions on 3 losses.

exactly. we haven't reverted back to anything, it's been a terrible shooting stretch though.

He was pretty much spot-on with his assessment.

Warriors have a streak, but the Rockets have owned them.

The Clippers always rise up to the Rockets. I think their past matchups for the last 4 years is close or even.

The Lakers might play without Kobe, but he better because I'll be at that game. Nothing like gloating to your friends that the Lakers suck now.

    Yikes, just found this thread.

Will, you're way off. Clueless, in fact. I don't care to have my work dissected on this site, or any other message boards. The other 20 hits I get from BBS posters don't really mean much in the grand scheme of thangs.

Each week, I have to find two teams, usually East and West, to call "Champs." They have to play good basketball that week. I usually try to avoid the obvious ones, otherwise I'd be talking about the Heat and Suns every week.

Last week, the Rockets were boring, lost on national TV (when they had a chance to flex their muscle in front of the average fan), and lost to the Hornets at home. Tough week, great team. One week out of 23, they took the collar. Ah, well. It's not a sign of things to come, rather, a harmless swoon. Amongst the league's best, though, they had the worst week in the West.

Also, a hint to the kids out there: dry your hair before letting your girlfriend take a picture of you that will end up on a popular website. Also, stay away from bourbon -- holy crap, do I look like a bloated Irish alky in that pic ... :D

Tonight should be fun, looking forward to seeing how much Spoon wants to chase around Troy Murphy. Hopefully Houston can right the ship.

    Edit:
I guess that's difference between gonzo & regular journalists?
