What's really funny (or sad) is pretending to be rich on a basketball board. So good luck with your multi billion assets, I am sure you'd spend it wisely.

I really don't have time to teach you organizational behavior or the benefits of management experience for the president. Its not a perfect match, but the ability to find good managers and make them accountable as well as being accountable to a voting class makes it a parrallel situation.

You're arguing just to argue and I don't have the time.

Just one example you're quote "george bush's biggest problem is putting people in charge of agencies (FEMA) who have no idea how to deal with the unique situations these organizations are set up for."

You don't think its a CEO's role to find strong managers to run their divisions?? You don't think they must oversee their managers or appointees to make sure they have the experience and skill to achieve the desired task??

I honestly think you need to view the business world and see the efficiency of it and most would hope that the government could begin to learn from private industry.

dude, first of all you're not the only guy who works in the business world. I understand you own your own business but I used to work directly for a CEO of local publicly traded bank so stop with your usual arrogance. the irony is that it is the same arrogance that bush has with his "mba" style of governing.

so the first "mba" president is a utter failure. I'll use that as my proof. secondly, you still haven't addressed that a business has one focus, the government has many. only a small percentange is even remotely close to being profit or growth driven.

there is no equivalent in the business world to deciding when to step into an international conflict. there is no equivalent to comforting people in kansas when tornadoes rip through their towns and leave them with nothing. you can't just leave those people out in the cold because its a failed business venture.

business people don't know everything, they know how to run a business. this country has been run by some pretty damn fine men who don't have a lick of business experience.
