Attention Castor!!! You have a very good offer in for Michael Jack. Middlesbrough offer 6M - I need you to get to the chat or answer here what you would want to do ASAP. Also - Michael Jack is also unhappy with his current contract. He was that prior to this bid, and when I tested he wanted a min release fee of 2.5M. His value now is 2.2M In other, maybe relevant news - you were beaten in the first round of the playoffs by Coventry - 3-1 aggregate score. Playoff winners: D1: Birmingham D2: Notts Co D3: Reading

Thinking that this was a very good offer the chat room had no heart to turn it down, but we would not sell for you at first hand either, so we negotiated for 6M + 1M after 10 International games. Problem was that this was not a big issue for M'boro - and they answered to fast, and we really wanted to move up more. All consulted would sell Jack, even for only 6M with the situation him wanting a new contract with only a 2.5M cap, and with you getting the extra million (maybe) the decision of the room was to just sell. Jack had 4 years left on his contract, but an unhappy player will not perform like a happy one, and this deal was good - also only 1 year was left protected for the contract anyway. Michael Jack will be sold in the chat very soon.

No problem on selling jack. i would have taken that offer as well. I guess now I will have to take some time and try to replace him.
In an effort to try moving past Zac I have to change a few of these... It is really hard as I had a good feeling about these, but I need 4-5 more right than Zac, and that is hard to do when we only have 2 differing so far - so here goes nothing: Mansfield: Rory Hamill has never been a popular player - this award goes to newcomer Kevin Kyle. Lincoln: Quality wins it again, Leigh Hinds couldn't produce in D1, and for that he will always be hated - Peter Gain takes this award again. Carlisle: No foreigner can come and sweep the fans over in the first try. This award could again go to Michael Jack, but 3 in a row is enough. James Turley is the fan favorite for the Carlisle fans. (now probably Ross Johnson will grab it as I mentioned the other 3 frontrunners). Swansea: Justin Jackson is seen as a very important player by the board, and he has gotten the award before - so the comeback of former fan favorite will not be enough. JJ takes it. Cheltenham: Gareth Hopkins can do it all and will be deservingly get the award just ahead of Christos Moraitis. Now we will do the results in chat.
