Deadline for the first part of the prediction expires at 6 PM.

I will stick to my choices for champions, although somewhat doubtful over some.

West Ham United offer 1.3M for David Romo (valued at 800k).

What do you want to do (and if negotiate, give me the #s)

I will use this opportunity to stop, but please give the answer as soon as possible (I will probably move the game tomorrow to be closer to a round).

Just to allow editing of the other parts - I have the picks for part one in this post (although it probably still is easier for me if you put part 2 etc in separate posts).

    Champions:

    Premier League:
All 8 went with Manchester United (2 pt lead), Zac had Leeds for a moment, but chickened out :p

Manchester United: (SF3, Castor, Manny, Heath, Nomar, DV, Pued, Zac)

    First Division:
5 of 8 went with leading Norwich with their 4 pt lead (could be only 2 if Man City win their game in hand)

Norwich: (SF3, Castor, Manny, DV, Zac)
Man City (#3 - 5 pts out - 1 game in hand): (Heath)
Crewe (#6 - 9 pts out): (Nomar, Pued)

    Second Division:

All 8 went with Lincoln and their 7 pt deadline lead

Lincoln: (SF3, Castor, Manny, Heath, Nomar, DV, Pued, Zac)

    Third Division:
Half went with the leader Southend who held a 5 pt lead

    Southend: (Castor, Manny, Nomar, Pued)
    Plymouth (#4 - 6 pts out): (DV)
    Boston (#5 - 6 pts out): (Zac)
    Swindon (#7 - 10 pts out): (SF3, Heath)

    Conference:
5 of 8 going with the leader in Barnet (3 pt lead)

Barnet: (SF3, Manny, Nomar, Pued, Zac)
    Margate (#2 - 3 pts out): (Castor)
Scarborough (#4 - 7 pts out): (Heath, DV)

btw... you can still enter the other parts of this challenge even if you didnt deliver one for the first round - still chance to qualify for the reward (mentioned earlier in this thread)

While moving up the game Lincoln recieved a bid for 200k for Paul Mayo (valued at 160k). Being that you need money bad I thought I should negotiate it for you and give you the option if they accepted the negotiation.

But first I pulled coach reports on Mayo - and all 6 of your coaches believe he can go on to do great things, so after hearing this I flat out rejected the offer as totally unacceptable.

last update before part two of the challenge is due - get in your changes/predictions today.

Also another bid for Mayo - this time 240k

also got in a bid for Gain, but he was not valued according to auto so it was way below his worth - he is now auto-valued again (the game turns of auto valuing for a player being bid for, so if it is not turned on it will stay at the set level for the bid).

Also in other news: Mansfield have transfer listed fan favorite Shayne Bradley - It is rumoured that Mansfield will let him go for 1 mill. Also possibly available is other target man Lee Jones. With the relationships for possibly 2 of Mansfields top strikers turning sour Mansfield brought in new Sunderland (reserves) sensation (hopefully) Kevin Kyle to pick up the slack.

    Plymouth: 3rd
    Swindon: 1st
    Scunthorpe:14th

Part two edited with a few changes..

now for early predictions Part III:

    Part 3 : Individual Accomplishments

    Premier
    Goals - Mark Viduka
    Assists - Didier Agathe
Avg Rating - Ruud van Nistelrooy
    MoM - Louis Saha

    First Division
    Goals - Stephen McPhee
    Assists - Darren Eadie
    Avg Rating - Luke Beckett

*) Richard Naylor is no longer in the Third Division, but I'm prediction that his lead will be sufficient to get most MoM's with over half a season to go. Of course the chances that I will edit this before the Jan 1st deadline is pretty good if someone can move closer in the few games remaining.

    Conference
    Goals - Lloyd Owusu
    Assists - James Lambert
    Avg Rating - Lloyd Owusu
    MoM - Lloyd Owusu

Final update before deadline for part 3 - do your final changes (preferably in a new post to avoid the edit to void previous deadlines for other parts) or get yours in if you have not done them - tomorrow will probably be to late - as we most likely will get in a few rounds today. Also be aware that even more top players have changed division/teams, so check that the player you predict still can win what you are predicting (player still on a team in the division or player with a sufficent stat to be the winner when the season is over as the players stat will not change if he is now playing in another division). Latest top player to change team is Luke Beckett that went from Coventry to Ipswich - there might be more. Just check what team the player you are predicting is playing for, and then see the standings if the team is in the division being predicted.

    Castor:

Deleted players from shortlist and made a new update. The "Shortlist" link now show all players in a different view. (Filtered attributes - I selected 9 attributes to show - if you want another view/setting or other attributes just let me know)

I also offered for one new scout for you - all the others were really not that good even if they did beat out the one you have. As for now you still have your old one, and no new ones have joined yet. The level of those I didn't try to sign were at 12/10, 11/11, 10/12 for judging ability/potential.

Keeble - your shortlist were up to 2 seasons old (updated that to reflect current ages) and Keeble no longer were available for signing as he had signed for Halesowen were he have played since last season. If you want him you could offer Halesowen for him.

Naylor might win most MoM in D3 - but best average he can not get, as when the season ends he will not have enough games to qualify. I'm not completly sure what number to qualify is, but my bet would be half (23) as I've seen players with 25 qualify, while players with 20 not qualify.

Again the deadline is pro-longed by me sleeping.

That should be good as Manny and SF3 still have not done part III. (Manny its not that hard, just check each divisions standings & stats textfile). Also Pued might want to edit his division 3 predictions as he has Richard Naylor for stuff that he can not possibly win.

And to secure that we get a round in today - I hope we can get someone in early in the chat. Damn me and my "right" sleeping pattern. :)
