Clyde is right. JJ Watt is so good, he should play defensive end for the Texans. He's that good.

I heard it as he was undoubtedly the Defensive Player of the Year. Not, he "should" have been. Rather, he was without a doubt DPotY.

Is it me or Clyde continuing to get worse all the time. He has really been saying stupid stuff lately, even more than usual.

The only thing I like about Clyde is he at least clearly seems to be enjoying life. He's got millions, is an NBA legend, and gets to work home games for the Rockets.

The only problem with that is he doesn't prepare for games at all and probably doesn't even watch NBA basketball unless he is working the game.

I don't like Clyde as a commentator because he rarely has anything insightful or informative to say. He generally states the most obvious things and just chuckles most of the time. He gets caught up in judging other players games without really talking about why he thinks they are bad.

For instance, the other night against the suns he had been going on and on about how bad Wes Johnson Is. Then Johnson catches fire and hits like 5 shots in a row and Clyde proceeds to back-track by saying something too the effect of him not saying anything bad about him As a player. He's too quick to rag on players. I would hate to have to listen to a Rockets broadcast as a fan of the opposing team because even as a fan i feel he's sub par.

They really should give his job to Calvin Murphy.

I bet JJ could play the 4 for the Rox. 6'5 in real life makes him an NBA 6'8, right up Morry's wheel house.

That's because he is such a WOF (Watt-Only Fan). Drexler is obviously conspiring with McHale to install JJ Watt as starting point guard for the Rockets.

Clyde is a damn fool LOL. When we played the Warriors he said something that absolutely dropped my jaw.

The conversation went something like this in regards to Curry.

Bullard: If you are shooting over 40% from the 3 that is saying something.

Clyde: Yea, if your shooting over 36% then you're really saying something.
