Nice one to bring back. Why didn't Clyde mention that guy that is making game winners a reality? You know, Jermaine O'neal.

Honestly, how are they that bad? They should be fighting for a playoff seed.

Scola and Dragic are not allstars, but they are above average players. They should have at the least stayed the same as last season.

    Clyde was wrong

When Hall of Famer and Houston broadcast analyst Clyde Drexler attended the Jerry Colangelo Hall of Fame Golf Classic in Litchfield Park in September, he was shocked that the Suns were being consistently picked to finish out of the playoffs.

If they don't get the fourth or fifth playoff spot, I'm not standing before you,” Drexler said at the time.

Reminded of that prediction and the Suns’ last-place standing Tuesday, Drexler said, “It has surprised me. I didn’t think Alvin Gentry would get fired. I didn’t think Marcin Gortat would get hurt. I expected them to be good. Goran Dragic and Luis Scola are great players, but sometimes one thing can throw it all off.”

Does this mean that Clyde will be finally fired? :)

A distinct lack of leadership from the top down has doomed that franchise. They might have some nice individual players, but there is no locker room presence that is bringing that team together as a cohesive unit. Firing Gentry, and passing up on Elston Turner was the nail in the coffin. They lack direction, have a roster full of average to good players, and don't play well as a team. It's a recipe for disaster.

Suns picked the wrong year to have good draft picks. That team is all C - B- talent, and that's all the talent they'll get in this draft.

Like we had to find out the hard way, you simply are not winning in this league without a bonafide All-Star leading the way. Top notch role players aren't getting it done.

Now next year? When they'll reload with a top 4 pick and possibly the Lakers' 14th? No wait, they'll still stink.

They've got one of the very worst forward rotations in the league on both sides of the ball. Can't score, rebound, or defend. Wings are just as ineffective. Dragic and Gortat are probably the only two guys that would be rotation players for a 60-win team.

They need to get lucky with McLemore or Oladipo panning out, because they need a legit first option in the worst possible way.

What have they gotten done? Nobody expected them to be a championship team even before Lawson and Gallinari went down.

I really think they'll be all over Josh Smith. They'll overpay to add him and they'll still suck.

    Dragic
    Brown
    Beasley
    Scola
    Gortat

    Bench:
    Dudley
    JO
    Morris
    Frye
    Marshall

On paper they looked like a good team. They really under achieved.

When Scola and Dragic are 2/3 of your team's best players, you're in trouble.
