Lin/Gordon/Harden is a strange and very small lineup at the 1/2/3. I think it is too small. Plus, Gordon is redundant of Harden and not reliable in the health department. He is an expensive risk to take. In addition, in that line-up, there would not be enough balls to go around and 1 of the 3 would not get the touches they deserve, most likely, Lin. Lastly, what happens to Parsons? Does he play the 4? Does he come off the bench? Very odd scenario.

I think that the Rockets should stand pat up to the deadline and if any trade is made it should be Patterson for a first round pick from as crappy a team as they can. Bump Motiejunas and Jones into the rotation and continue to develop the youth.

One aspect that you need to remember with Eric Gordon....Morey may acquire him with the intent of flipping him to Phoenix for draft picks after the season. Remember PHX wants Gordon and they have multiple picks including the option on the Lakers's pick.

Because you are likely giving up prospects for a rental then if you are just going to let him walk at the end of the year.

Any ways Howard has gone into "Going to do whatever makes me happy" mode.
