Lived in Alief first before moving to Sugarland. I get the confusion though. It's also gotten me pretty funny responses from YOFs and LOFs when I was critical of them. Hell, I remember one time I was accused of being a LOF and a LOH in the same freaking thread. At the end of the day, I am a Rockets fan first and foremost. You ride with the name on the front of the jersey, not the name on the back.

 

Prospect expectations are high when you trade multiple firsts for a player that they were comfortable taking top 10

Preseason is when you try out lineups to see how they do.... and we saw that Green and KPJ did better with other bigs.

Also we saw that the second unit has no PG and Sengun needs the ball in his hands always or he checks out.... sounds like the perfect reason to have him anchor the second unit

I get that and they both can get the minutes, but amping him up all season as the new starter just to demote him the day or two before gm 1 is bad judgement. That's an absolute AND coming from a guy that still has concerns about him it's significant.

As Green progresses as a ball handler that might not be true. If Green stays out of the way and allows Sengun to completely run the show, they get along fine.... but Green will be running the show more and more going forward and Sengun shuts down if he's not the centerpiece

He doesn’t shut down if he’s not the centerpiece. He loses his drive, like most big men that just screen and never touch the ball

 

There are only like 5 Sengun stans. KPJ stans are like 30% of the fanbase.
