This thread is on the scrimmage videos with some of the first glimpses of action after the long offseason. If Lin didn't look good in them, guys will naturally point them out. I really don't get what's the big deal about it. I mean, he has been over-analyzed since Linsanity. It's not gonna stop now anyway so get used to it.

All eyes are on him and this is only the beginning, better start playing well or expect endless criticisms when the regular season starts.

You know someone is going to reply to this post mid-season to remind you all how wrong you were when either Lin is playing incredibly well or Parsons is playing horribly. So that I look like a genius, I'll go ahead and say:


Parsons is overrated. Sophomore slump coming.


Lin is going to earn an all-star spot this year.

 

@ERC, in fairness to King Boo, I think he stated that because of Apollo13's comments/reply or whatever. Been keeping eye on this guy on CF. He probably feels that because we came in here because of Lin (we are auto-LOFs) and he is a "real Rockets" fan ... he has bigger say in here. You are right though, CF has class and they have better control. Clutch is great and a lot of the other guys old and new. Unfortunately, there are very very few you can not say the same.
