When the sample size becomes a round number, I believe we can finally make a proper judgement.

    - presuming that number is at least two digits on a base 10 scale - you are right

    ****in a....

You ****ers let me and Tinman do all the dirty work in the other thread.

    Thanks.

Anyways, even McHale the doofus saw that Beverley is better, And this was before Bev became the monster that he is today.

Different type of players. Lin is a better playmaker and ever so slightly better shooter. Bev is clearly a better defender and better rebounder and hits the 3 ball well as Lin.

Bev is a better fit for Houston, but if you didn't have Harden it might be a different story.

I chimed in on that thread for a few posts but once I realized that the people supporting Lin were just trolls I had to make a quick exit because arguing with trolls destroys your brain cells bro. I have a hard enough time keeping my brain cells with all the recreational drugs and stuff, I don't need to waste more of them on Lin trolls.

Lin is no shape or form better shooter then bev. The only thing lin does better is pass and attack the rim. Otherwise Bev has him beat in shooting, defending, rebounding, leadership.......Also if anything if harden was not around you would see Bev's offensive output spike up. He is better then Lin and I would have thought that would be pretty obvious by now.

    Needless bump really.

Posters were saying BOTH players would be OUT THE LEAGUE by now. Bev earned reg season starting, that is certain - But both of their POSTSEASON #'s are pretty CRAPPY. There was a reason Rockets tried for Ty Lawson, cuz Bev wasnt a sure thing. Can factor in that Lin back in D'Antoni's system, he'd maybe be improved or even flourish again. Despite naysayers, Lin actually had a decent season this year when healthy.

The bigger case might be Ariza over Chandler Parsons. Certainly worked for the better, Parsons cant stay on the court while Ariza is an iron man at a bargain contract.

Oh wow two years back when he wasn't as good as now but still better than your boy Jerry. While Bev has worked on his game to improve it from all aspects and worthy of a starter in this league, your boy Jerry has focused on his hairstyle and brand and been shifted from team to team like the 2c hoe. Playing for the worst team in the league? LMAO

No argument there. Bev is a perfect fit alongside Harden. He doesn't need the ball. He can knock down open 3's and that little floater in the lane. And he's a terrific defensive player. It's reminiscent of the Kobe/Fisher backcourt in LA.

Thing is Jerry will always have the island Taiwand behind him and part of Mainland China as well.

He could suck so bad but that will always remain.

Beverley would have a part of Texas as his fans.

Point taken ....behind MJ, Rose, Butler, DWade......the city has embraced lots of talent.

I think he also was with the Heat but I do not think he had many fans.

I am sure he made an impact in St. Petersburg (I hope) but that is a long way from home if folks still followed him.

    NO please.

No Lin thread in the GARM. Damn you SamFisher. Don't blame the LOFs for soiling the GARM now.

No offense to Jeremy who has carved out a nice niche for himself in Brooklyn, but the reality is Bev's impact is far greater then what Lin has in an overall aspect of a game.I honestly think Bev is a far better offensive player and with a lot more variety of moves then he gets credit for. The only thing he lacks is a solid mid-range game but given mid-range shots are frowned upon under the current system then he can get away with that.

Why do you keep thinking Lin is my boy? Just like you keep thinking I am a Mavs fan. You must be confusing me with someone else. FTL Rockets FTL is always confused!
