How does that explain how much better Lin's rim protection % is than Bev's?

Offend me? Yeah, no. Just merely mentioning how sad it is that the dude's posts are like 5% genuine skepticism about Lin and 95% random pot shots against Lin.

Oh who the hell am I kidding...my join date is 2012, just give me the LOF cone hat and we'll both shut up, right?

Can the Lin trolls stop bumping this old thread. I'm really over looking at it. It's done. Move on.

Yes, but you have to get all the Lin fans to agree not to reply to my argument and say I won. Lin is the Rockets' Sixth Man and we'll win a championship with him!

Is Lin's rim protection better? He may allow a lower percentage, but he allows far more attempts, and gives up more field goals.

Force bad shots where? At the rim?

Wouldn't it be better to force players to take shots they don't make at a high percentage? Like long range 2's?

Also, I would like to go on record and say that if we trade for Rondo and keep both Bev and Lin, I think Lin should start at the two guard spot with Harden at three.

Lin would be a much better fit to defend the SG position and his offense would both fit and be improved by Rondo's presence.

I'm pretty sure that no NBA team's goal is to increase their opponents attempts at the rim.

Lock it up because if we get Rondo, Lin is starting.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't this just clog up the lanes even more with two guards that score mostly on drives (even despite Rondo's awesome playmaking)? I had thought one of the main problem for the Rockets is that they need more shooters
