    Too much positivity here…. Must… Bring… Hate

They should trade Jones now while he has value. Sell high… must be showcasing. Limited player, will likely get overpaid in 2018, and I hear he's a locker room distraction.

Yeah I heard he "stomp the yard" on a homeless man as well.

TRADE HIM before he gets convicted.

What we need to understand too is that TJ is only 22 yrs old next Jan. Experience is sometimes underrated and playing time will allow him to learn the "tricks of the trade". He still has a lot of upside.

Not wanting to start another debate but you correct on this except that Jones was more known for offense and rebounding during college, Summerleague and Dleague.
While you think those are inferior leagues, the product is what it is.
He is a decent offensive threat who discovered he can be much more on the Defensive End.
Jack of all trades kind of player going forward.

Dmo might seem to have upside because he is a. a Euro and those can develop later b. size c. his speed and post game

Terrence is going to be a borderline allstar if he realizes his potential.
If Dmo can surpass him, that might indicate he has star potential which I don't dare to venture onto.

He made some mistakes but it's normal . I love his energy on both ends of the floor .Besides I was very surprise by his shooting 3's .

Also Jones is a winner period and just a all around basketball player, not a specialist in any one thing. You can't teach shot blocking and rebounding IMO, your just born with those skills. The team is going need DMO down the stretch cuz its going to be a long season, love the way he plays out of the post and how physically stronger he got over the off season.

Only someone who doesn't play the big says this. You can teach shot blocking and rebounding. Actually very easy skills to teach. The effort required is the part thats tough to teach!

The counter-argument would be, then, that if it's easy to teach, he's probably already learned everything he's going to learn about shot-blocking and rebounding, and all that's left is effort.

Ehhh.... Yao was the biggest man but wasn't really a shotblocking monster.

Thabeet was a shotblocking and rebounding monster in college and in the NBA he is nothing.

So what are your qualifications to be able to say that?

If this was true, every big man in NBA would be some kind of Rodman/Ibaka hybrid. I guess why this isn't so?

There are a lot of lazy players in the nba. Why does this come as a surprise?
