I don't know I thought it seemed like he was sick of all the attention from Houston fans.

    Same here..

He should feel good that he has so much support from Houston, he really would be dumb to pass us up.

If that's his attitude, that he doesn't really want attention and prefer to be invisible, then we don't need him anyway. That attitude's fine if he wants to be Lebron/Wade's caddie for his entire career, but not if he wants to actually play on a balanced team like ours.

im sure this video will put us over the top in the pursuit. not like he would come to houston just because he thinks we have a competitive team and a good system with a great coach.

on another note, im sure these "super-star" players know how things have turned out for pretty much any decent player that has come to houston since the hakeem days, eventually the fans turn on you.

Guys, we really do have a legitimate shot in aquiring him. If you look strictly at what each team can offer the toronto organization in terms of expiring contracts, young talent, and future 1st round draft picks, I really can't think of another team that could offer a better package. In terms of the player himself we offer him a legitimate oppurtunity to be "the man", play with very talented and team oriented talent, a great players coach, and most of all to win a title, Bosh has to have us on his short list. Just be patient guys. The less we hear on television about us trading for him the better. Morey is a mad scientist, and maybe even a demon.

I agree with you. I just moved from Houston to San Antonio and although im not a spurs fan, I see how much a guy like David Robinson is still active with spurs organization. I wish Hakeem was more visible for Houston and the Rockets with things of this nature. Ill keep looking at the bright side and hope for either Bosh or Amare to come to Houston.

I don't see it that way, especially since Toronto made the conscious decision to pass on Patterson and to take Ed Davis instead. Bryan Colangelo is no idiot. He's not going to fall for the banana in the tailpipe.

I think if Colangelo really likes Jordan Hill, Chase Budinger and/or Sergio Llull, then that should be enough to get Toronto on board. With Jeffries and Andersen as salary filler, that's pretty darn close to a package that can net Bosh a max deal via sign-and-trade.

It does not matter what Colangelo wants, it matters what Chris Bosh wants.

I don't think a player needs to be an attention w**** to be considered great, for example Tim Duncan, although I do think Bosh is an attention w****.

It does matter what Colangelo wants also. If Bosh wants to go to Houston and our Sign and Trade offer to Colangelo is horrible then he wont accept and Bosh would then have two choices; a) sign with the Rockets and lose millions or b) sign and trade with another team that is willing to send a package that Colangelo wants

Bosh said recently that all free agents are waiting on LeBron. He said that he knows LeBron will be every team's priority, and he'd have to wait until that is dealt with. So, it appears that Bosh maybe hasn't gotten the memo yet. The Rockets need to convince Bosh that LeBron is everyone else's priority, but not the Rockets' priority.
