I am not worried about AB or Francis playing as they have talents. I am worried about which TMac turns up when they play. If TMac that turns up wanted to that we can't do well without Rafer we'll be in big trouble.

 

Does this mean that we should chant >> "A A R O N . . . B R O O K S"

Over and over again until Adelman puts him in the game?? hehe

 

I would take Kapono or Korver for Rafer in a heartbeat.

 

Exactly. Add what they think of Francis and James to what is obvious about Alston and you get a trade for a starting point, in my opinion. Guess we'll find out. The injury could very well be legit, probably is, but I think Rafer will get moved. Could be soon, or it could be later. Not much later if it's going to happen.

 

with or without rafer....its going to be tough for our pgs against harris and terry...just hope whoever takes his spot can contribute...GO ROCKETS !!

LOL, only Rafer Alston can have a 4-5 star thread dedicated to him about missing a game. On top of that, folks don't even think he is really injured but more of a "phantom injury". This is hilarious.

 

Errr. Most of the players aren't PGs, what the hell.

Go look these guys up on their team rosters. They are listed as Guards. We might not need a PG. They are also the only ones that match up salarywise. Would you believe T-Mac is listed as a guard?

 

Ughh..to the hospital?? Ok forget the trade talks. Get well soon so we can run our offense!

 

Therein lies to the problem with the entire team. Because the team is so dependent on TMac (or because TMac shoots too much), and TMac is inconsistent, then the team is inconsistent.

 

Hospital?! Man, that must be serious.

 

The team clearly runs more smoothly with Rafer at this point, but in the end, we know what happens when Rafer is the starter in the playoffs, teams ignore him and he sends up brick after brick and the Rockets lose.

So, time to take some lumps and try other options......

We couldn't beat Dallas with Rafer, maybe we can beat them without him.
