    Lol..

    That is just sad.

When your own team site is blatantly trying to sell him.

    Yeah bro...

    So hard for him...

    20 million a season.

I bet he cries to sleep cashing that check every night.

    Poor guy.

I don't believe that article. He wrongly states that a buyout provides the Rockets with cap room.

Empathy for what? He is in great health and has $40 million coming to him.

    He doesn't have cancer.

If you need to move him & 2 firsts for LeBron, do it. Otherwise, running the team back or whatever, just keep him. @The Cat talked about this on one of his recent podcasts.

This buyout nonsense doesn't make sense. Neither does stretching him and leaving dead money on the cap for a team that will be in the LT.

At "worst" you either bring him back. Or trade him for another crap contract where that player is either more moveable or fits with the team. AKA rearrange the deck chairs.

I think what's important here is the timing of the article. Early June. Gives teams time to work out trade options keeping the Draft in mind prior to June 29th. It's very possible LeBron has already talked to CP3 about his desires. Or not amd we just want more productivity out of 20 mil dollars.

The man gets paid 20 million to put the ball in the basket, yet he refuses to shoot, and when he shoots he sucks, gives you nothing else, yet gladly takes the 20 million while costing us a championship.

Yeah, let's have some empathy for the guy on an awesome welfare plan while he crushes the other team members' dreams..you know the ones actually earning their paychecks.

My read on today’s news patterns:
    1. Rockets aggressively shopping Anderson
    2. Windhorst cancels other journalist reports that they know where LeBron is going
    3. Gilbert says he can build a contending team with out LeBron
The winds look to be in our favor right now.

Phoenix is an obvious suitor if we sweeten the deal enough, IMO.

Ryno + sweeteners for Chandler/Dudley works for both sides.

Neither player is in Phoenix’s future and both will be expiring contracts. Very useful if LeBron chooses us and we try to facilitate an opt in trade that doesn’t absolutely suck for Cleveland (like absorbing Ryno’s contract AND losing LeBron would).

Fans lost all reasons for empathy the day Ryno decided to pass up open shots.

It seems like an eternity ago, but the first half of the season he was shooting well, we were all enamored by his chemistry with CP3 (and the resulting increase on his shooting on CP passes). Then he had not one but TWO huge bench clearing dunks.... then he fell off of the planet by April.

We act like he is complete trash (rightfully so) but he was serviceable this season. So bizarre.

He got hurt. I'm not wasting time arguing this on this board, but that's what happened. I think the first time he actually got sick and missed several games and then he got hurt. Before that second injury he had become the backup 5 basically. His February and March numbers were really good.
