That's what he wants people to think. The truth is he's afraid, and his fear is beating him.

Copy editing note to the Chronicle: The words "White" and "earn" should never appear in the same sentence. Thank you.

If we sign Dwight outright and waive Royce, we'll have to get rid of Anderson, Smith, and Ohlbrecht. Ohlbrecht won't be gone if we can trade Royce and Greg Smith and waive Anderson. Ohlbrecht has shown great flashes. He could blossom this year and he is wanted by other teams. We need him for future trade flexibility. No there aren't plenty of ways to create cap space if you stretch White. Unless you dump Lin for nothing. And if you are going to dump lin for nothing then you might as well try turn a sign and trade for Dwight and keep more flexibility by having the ability to sign players with the full mle along with re-signing Garcia/Delfino/Brooks.

Was he ever fined? I remember the report that he would be but don't know if he was or how much.

    He has children to support.

    Show some compassion.

Major complaints from here have been how much he tweets when he should be working out, practicing, playing etc.

And most of you stay on clutchfans while you're supposed to be working, showing your wives & children more attention etc. #GetYourLIfe

We are not getting paid millions by the Houston Rockets. Your posts are so laughable that one could think they were from Royce White, if your spelling wasn't much better than his.

Reading the newspaper story from post #276, it comes across with a much less of the self congratulatory narcissism that I usually read from White.

It could just be the story, but it looks like me he's in the process of having one of those, "Uh oh" moments, when you realize that you aren't quite as indispensable as you think, and realize that you are are about to get s**t-canned.

Quite honestly, I hope he stews in that anxiety between now and the time he is shown the door.

Hopefully, the next we here from him is 5 years down the line, when he weighs 350 lbs, is working some crappy job, and is the subject of a story on ESPN where he talks about how hard he is working, and whines about how he really wanted to make things work out with the Rockets, but was just misunderstood. It will be good for a laugh, which looks like it will be about the only value we will ever get from White.

What he does just happens to pay millions. What you and others do just happen to pay less. So what?
