Jeremy needs to play better than Harden or Parsons?

Parsons? Maybe. But better than Harden? What are you talking about?

You said "sign with the understanding ...", but you forgot how much more Harden signed to get from the contract. Hello ?

A big part of "Lindsanity" was his getting easy shots for or finding open team mates like Fields and Novak and his assists and PnR with big man Tyson Chandler was huge. He wasn't just a scorer by any means. His strengths are numerous but developing and that's seeing the floor (court vision), involving most of his team mates in the offense, leading transitions, steals, defense is becoming a strength, and the drive is not just driving and scoring, but driving and dishing which he splits doing with scoring.

Maybe I phrased this wrong. I'm not expecting Lin to put up better numbers than harden or Parsons.

Lin is a PG, but he's competing against Parsons and Harden for the starting spot. Lin is a better PG than Beverly, but we're playing him off the bench, because we need a better perimeter defense player. Therefore, no matter how much better of a PG Lin becomes, he's not coming back into the starting unit. Unless he starts playing superior defense than Beverly OR if Lin starts putting up numbers better than Parsons or Harden. We want our 2-3 best offensive options in the starting unit. Lin is currently 4th in line, so he got booted into the 2nd unit.

Anyone...anyone want to note how the Defensive stopper is getting torched by old ass Nash? Zero offense, overrated defense.

If tonight showed anything, it's that Beverley shouldn't be starting

I am going to be very disappointed when Jeremy loses his fire to play 100% for the rockets. He is way too under-appreciated in Houston. I've watched our point guards go from: Rafer Alston (sometimes luther head) --> Aaron Brooks --> Lowry --> Dragic and I finally see a bright spot for this position on the Rockets. Then he gets benched and yelled by Harden (who was so determined to become michael jordan on national tv) for trying to contribute to winning basketball games while playing his heart out.

Only if Harden can play with the same effort and heart will he become a true super star. As of now, he's just a big giant black hole like Carmelo Anthony.

Go check your clock. What time was this posted? 10pm? Game just ended at 1am. Did I watch the game? Well geez, yes I did. Went back in time and made a post about it too.

One bad game doesn't define a player. Beverly gets stuck on screens more than Lin, because he's a smaller guy. Nash is a vet at running screens, because he was rarely more athletic than his defender.

Yet- there are so many people on this board that don't see that. They have been saying that Beverly is better at fighting through screens than Lin. I was at the game tonight and watching very closely and Lin did a lot better job at staying on Nash. Nash was abusing Beverly, especially at the beginning of the game.

Agreed- where are all the Clutchfans posters at now? Kemba Walker looked like an all-star against Bev and now Steve Nash went back 10 years in time when Bev was on him.

And having the guy who was shooting 1-9 take the last shot of the game- sheesh.

Bev's disaster tonight was madness. He contributed almost nothing.
