Miss the Argentinian Beast. Mullet rules! Scola should be allowed to retire a Rocket when he decides to retire.

As much as I'd love to have him back, he can't be on our team until his contract his over.

They did it to go after superstar players.

Had Morey known they would have been able to get Harden I doubt he would have used that amnesty.

Scola was a favorite though and rightfully so.

One of my all time favorite Rockets. Gave you 100% every game. Absolute professional and classy guy. So sad he has to waste a year in PHX with Michael Beasley.

Scola was amnestied too early. Still, hopefully we get DHo out of it this summer.

Miss the guy...thinking he would thrive here atleast off the bench...he has way too many low post tricks..that would be a great asset to players here...

Wonderful tribute to Scola and kudos to the Rockets organization for a classy move...

Got an autographed basketball of his. Yeah I know. It's a big deal.

Hope he is able to sign on with a contender after his contract with the suns expire. I feel bad for the guy because the suns picked him up off waivers so he had no say so in playing for a crap team. Dragic on the other hand made his own bed.

Man, every time I see stuff like this it makes me sad thinking about how good we could have been. We had such a talented team.

I'm not criticizing the move, as it was the smart thing to do at the time. But looking at it from Scola's perspective, I don't think he'd have been very thrilled with the organization to dump him off in a crappy situation like Phoenix. They did guarantee him a pretty significant chunk of money, though.
