I feel ya on that. I started a basketball league this past week, and I was hurting!!! Long lazy, hibernating winter, with too many cigerettes, just killed me. I'm 29, and I was playing 4 days a week this past summer, and had my legs under me again like I was 21 again. That quickly left, with a winter without exercise. My cousin xblrocketman111 and I would like to meet up with you guys next time you guys get together, so holla next time.
Holidays were not kind to me. Cigs, too much eating, having no job... then to make matters worse I was actually in pretty decent basketball shape and then I shattered my pinkie playing full court at UH. I'm going to need like a month of solid cardio to even get my wind back.
